Thanks to Ash: I had floor seats about eight rows back but I got to be front row for most of it thanks to Scott telling the audience to come forward. After he said that the concert became so exciting. I was standing on the seats in the front row and it felt like I was almost eye level with Slash. The climax of the concert for me was after Slash finished playing a blistering solo, he threw out his guitar pick and I was lucky enough to catch it. I was ready to go home after the show completely satisfied but was completely shocked to be invited backstage. Well I snuck backstage but was given a pass after I got there. There were a few people there waiting for the band to come out. I wanted to meet all of them but especially Slash. I waited and waited but he didn't come out. I spent most of the time backstage talking to the other people. I finally saw Matt, who I introduced myself to. I told him that I was a guitar player and I think my manager said I was gonna come out with an album soon or something...I then snuck into a little room backstage where Dave and Scott were. They were looking at a computer I'm not sure at what I think at new set ideas. I left after a little while because I was sure I wasn't supposed to be in there, I don't think they even noticed I was standing there. Anyway I left soon after that because they said thet Slash had left. Right after I left backstage with my manager, it just hit me that I had gotten backstage with Velvet Revolver and now had the same pick Slash had played with. Wow, what an amazing experience I will never forget. Hope you enjoyed reading about my adventure.

Thanks to Josh: This site rocks!! Just discovered it. Here's my review (better late than never). If you want to listen to some real dirty rock n roll. Go see these guys. These guys are full of RAW POWER!! While in line, the best thing happend to me and my chic. One of the radio personalities picked me to go back stage and meet the band. By far the coolest thing that's ever happened to me. Catch them in a town near you!

Thanks to Tim Schreiber: The show was the shit, they played great songs, especially Crackerman (best STP song ever). I was in the mosh pit, it was the shit, so much better than the one at the Arizona State Fair. I was so fucking close too. Can't wait for the next album either.

Thanks to Ryan C: Awesome show. It is great to be able to see some of the best musicians of our time all together on one stage showing all their talent.

Thanks to Jim: After watching a kick ass race, I was fortunate enough to listen to some of the best rock and roll I have heard in years. Hell, I would have paid $40 just to listen to their kick ass music. Scott's voice sounded as good as the old STP days and Slash and Duff know how to jam. What a great combo these guys make. I hope they come to town again soon. I would love to hear more great ROCK AND ROLL

Thanks to RAYMOND H: I took my 5 year old son to this concert because he is a huge fan of the band he was blown away. I mean he was head banging, throwing up the devil horns and singing his ass off. I have not ever seen my son so happy in his life. His favorite part of the show according to him is Duff looked at him!!!!!!!

Thanks to Bob: Without a doubt, one of the best shows I've seen in a long time! The sound was great right up front, about three people deep, but for the last two tunes I went to the back of the crowd, and while still good, the great outdoors never does any band real justice, that's why the combination of crowd, band and sound creating an energy blast really blows up in your face nicely at a show like this! I missed the fair show because my car broke down in Yuma on my way from San Diego last year, so I was praying I'd get to see this show. But I never thought I'd get to relive the same highs that I experienced when I saw Guns or Neurotic Outsiders, and first heard Sex Type Thing, all those fucking years ago! Where have all the goodtimes gone!?! Thanx for bringing it back all fresh and new gents!!!!

Thanks to Lazaro Rios: This was the sickest show ever. The vocals were awesome. The bass was sucking my air out my lungs. The drums were kickin'. Slash was rippin' everybody a new a$$hole with his riffs. Best show ever.

Thanks to Doug Murphy: This show fucking ROCKED! Velvet Revolver in all of their Rock n Roll glory. Before they started I heard drunk ass rednecks sprouting that Velvet Revolver were just a bunch of old has-been and that they were washed up. After the show all I heard was praise... not a bad word was said about Velvet Revolver. They played just about everything ....from what I can recall...including at least two STP songs (Sex Type Thing and another I can't remember) and one Guns tune (So Easy). These guys are the best Rock n Roll band in the world.

Thanks to Kaila: The best concert I have ever been to!! I had front row and it was amazing!! Velvet Revolver knows how to put on a great show!! I hope to see them in concert again. Your welcome Crystal, I'm glad you had fun!

Thanks to Amanda: This was the best concert experience I've ever had! They played a great show and Slash was hotter than ever! I thought it was really awesome that even in such a large crowd they made you feel like they were performing just for you! I'm so happy they stopped in Phoenix! I hope they come back soon! Velvet Revolver is the best band ever! They have looks AND actual talent!!

Thanks to Crystal: This was the best concert ever!! Velvet Revolver played a great show. They are so hot!! Especially Scott and Duff!! I'm so glad I got to go see this! Thanks Kaila!!

Thanks to Jason M.: The best concert I've been too. Scott Weiland is the best vocals in the music industry.
