Thanks to Roman Panchyrz: That was really awesome! A great Rock N Roll Show! It was great to see Slash and the other great guys and it was amazing when Slash came on stage with his top hat! Velvet Revolver ROCKS!
Thanks to Daniel: It was great to see his idols live on stage...we had to wait a lil long 'til nine but then it was just unbelievable...thanks to Velvet Revolver for this gig!
Thanks to Imkje: I come from Holland and I was in Essen 2. I was there with my friend and we were in the front row so that was very cool! It was soo fucking awesome! It was my first concert and the best one!! They really rocked the hell out of the show! Dave went all crazy on Slither and did all crazy with us! That was awesome! I have a guitar pick of Dave and my friend has got one of Duff! I never gonna forget this show!
Thanks to Rafael: It was great. Scott had a very good outfit and the band rocked like no band did before. "You Got No Right" was the highlight of the show and everything was perfect about it. The only bad thing was that Slash, Duff and Dave did not give autographs after the show. Matt was very friendly to his fans.
Thanks to Sunny: It was a fantastic gig and the guys rocked the hall! I stood in the first row right in front of Duff and it was so fuckin great so see my idols so close to me. The last time I saw them live is 12 years ago! "You still look great, it was like the old times and you guys still rocked my heart!!" Slash: still the best guitarist in the whole world!! Duff: the coolest and best lookin bassist ever! Matt: you´re hot and you played with all your heart and right into mine:-) (thanx for the "2." drumstick after loosin the 1. you gave me to another girl *grrrr*) What ever comes: I will stand behind Velvet Revolver with all my heart!!!!
Thanks to Norbert: It was a great gig, I saw the band in Munich, Germany, Barcelona, Spain and London, England...that was one of the greatest.
3000 - 4000 crowd ... and the band kicks ass....sadly, Used To Love Her was not played that night...but Wish You Were Here was awesome.
See you next year. Sorry 'bout my bad english.
Thanks to Ralph / Angelique: What a fuckin'rock show! Unbelievable, from the start off where were completely into it. They all looked awesome and Scott even did wear his nazi-hat. Slash announced Set Me Free and some people began to shout Guns n'Roses. He said them to stop, when they didn't he just started Set Me Free. Then they came back with Pink Floyd's Wish You Were Here. Unbelievable and then my personal favourite You Got No Right. After this they played Mr. Brownstone and they ended with Slither.
Thanks to Phil: Unbelievable! Great gig, still feeling every single muscle in my body, but that´s the price when you stay in the front rows, isn´t it? I think the setlist was the same as the other gigs. Was very cool to see them live!!
Thanks to Malte Berendes: Hello. I come from Germany. I was yersterday in Essen. The show was amazing. It was so cool. They come at 9.03 o'clock to the stage. It was very very cool. And the sound was very good.
Thanks to Christoph: Great Rock 'n fuckin' Roll show!!! Took a little while 'till the soundman brought Slash across, but then, it was killer. A lil short, maybe, considering 42 Euros but the 1 1/2 hours where, as Scott said, sweat, blood and everything that Rock 'n Roll is all about. Liked to see Dave goin' insane on Slither. And something for the Germans: Didn't Scott, in his uniform, with the sunglasses look like the young Kai Hawaii??? I thought so.
Lookin forward to more Velvet Revolver on the next record. Rock on.
