Reviews (10) [ send in your own review/pictures of the West Palm Beach show ]

Thanks to Timo: This was my first Velvet Revolver concert and it was definitely (honest to God) the best show I've ever been too. Even with all the rain, mud constantly hitting me in the face and kidney stones nothing was gonna stop me from enjoying that show. Point said Velvet Revolver is quite possibly the best band ever!!!

Thanks to Elaine: It was worth sneaking into Ozzfest with my best friend! We wanted to see Velvet Revolver so bad, just that we didn't have any money for tix. We were able to crawl under the fence where the second stage area was and somehow I made it into the pit area and took great pics of the band! They were awesome, the sound was a little bad but who cares they still rocked the house!

Thanks to Jake: IT WAS AMAZING they were the only band that actually put on a show....everyone else just played their songs but Velvet Revolver was amazing.

Thanks to Dara: This show was awesome! This was the 3rd show I seen them play and it was probably the best. Everyone was on top of their game. Scott sounded good and put on a kick ass performance. Slash was playin great as always, I about died when he slid across the stage on his knees and was rockn out. He was great. Duff rolled about the stage, he always plays a great show. Dave was just everywhere on stage, he was pure energy. Even the drummer that filled in for Matt was great. Man it got so crazy at Ozzfest but Velvet Revolver rocked the fuckin place!

Thanks to Ben: It was my first time seeing them and I must say, it was pretty sweet. They were a couple minutes late which is probably why they didn't play Mr. Brownstone. The crowd seemed to like Dead and Bloated and Fall to Pieces the most. Every time Slash played the chorus part to FTP everyone cheered. All but the FTP solo and the main Slither solo were somewhat improvised. I'm definitely seeing them again! ROCK!

Thanks to release30: Wow Velvet Revolver kicks so much ass!!!!!! I was up front as close as you can get in the pit section. I also got to meet Velvet Revolvergrl from here and I put her in front of me so she could really enjoy the show and not get pushed to much by the drunk fools. And she did enjoy. Very sweet girl. Although I did not get Scott's megaphone this time (I did try) I did get a drum stick. Also got one from Mudvayne but really do not care about it like the Velvet Revolver one.

I think the only problem I had with Velvet Revolver's set was the sound quality was not that good even for the other bands it wasn't good. But Scott looked great as did the rest of the guys and I was glad I was able to see them again. Whoever else went from here hope you had a good time also.

Thanks to Tolson: 1st time seeing them, wasn't sure how it was going to go over at Ozzfest, but the crowd on the lawn was crazy. The guys destroyed the place, super solid. Too drunk to keep track of the order of the tunes. Looking forward to their next tour.

Thanks to anonymous: Wow!!!!! That is about the only word that describes Velvet Revolver's set at Ozzfest. I went expecting an amazing show, but I got 1,000 times better. Scott owned the stage for the hour that the band played. It was stripped down, in your face rock and roll. In my humble opinion, Velvet Revolver is the modern day Led Zeppelin. Velvet Revolver captures the sex, drugs and rock and roll that LZ did. All that matters to the band is rocking out and giving the fans a good show. They did that Sunday night. Great Show!!!!!!!!!!!

Random side note: During Velvet Revolver's set, these two girls were" enjoying each other's company" out on the lawn. It was needless to say, very interesting.

Thanks to Adam: This is my 4th time seeing the band and they did not disappoint. The only negative part of the performance is that they did not play longer but they totally rocked the place. I was wondering how the Ozzfest crowd would react to them but they were totally into their performance. They definitely got the 2nd best ovation, as it was Ozzy's night to shine. It was a great time had by all.

Thanks to P.J. Larmark: Holy Shit man, Velvet Revolver kicked so much ass. The only thing bad about the night was that you had to listen to like the 20 or so shit bands before they went on. They rocked for an hour. This was my second time seeing them and it was even better than the first. They rocked soo much that I personally think they were the real headliners that night. Black Sabbath was good, but no Velvet FUCKIN REVOLVER!
