Thanks to Tompan: That show rocked what more can I say...the greatest I ´ve ever been to!!!

Velvet Revolver is a great band!! Can't wait until they will come back

Thanks to Jesper N: Hey! It's been a while since the concert, but what the hell...

First, I wanna say that I have been to many many concerts in my life and I'm interested in all kinds of music that rocks, I´ve been at Metallica, Slayer, U2, Sepultura, Judas Priest, Motorhead, Korn, Slipknot, Machine Head, Alice Cooper..... the list goes on and on. But I gotta say, I will never forget Velvet Revolver live!!!!

It was absolutely one of the best fucking experiences in my life! Scott and Duff, there is something magic about those guys, they are amazing!!! I´d better stop now, cause I can go on forever about Velvet Revolver.....Contraband is also an amazing album, by the way! Keep it up!

Thanks to The Jonio: Man oh man what a great fuckin show... Everything was good except Fall To Pieces. That song slowed it down a bit. Well fuck it, one of the best shows I ever seen dudes.

Thanks to Alexander: Maybe I'm writing this a little bit late, but I can't stop thinking about how great the Velvet Revolver-concert was!! I'm hoping that they will return soon, can't wait too see them another time!! :P

Thanks to Mary E: Such a great show, probably the best I've ever seen. It's so nice to see my fellows Duff, Slash and Matt on stage together again. Although I missed the signing session before the show it was such a incredible night. And to share it with my best friend was great! At last rock is back. Finally....

Thanks to Mini: When we got there the line was so fuckin long that no one wanted to stand in line...we got in after the worst crowd were gone. Went in...stood by the technichans during the warm-up then went for the second fence. Then they opened that fence...so we got in to the pit...and I made it to the first fence. So I stod about 1 meter (metric) from the stage. Cried during "It's So Easy" almost touched Slash, Scott and Dave when they were walking on the sub. Was in a cat fight with two girls for Scott's towel (lost it) got the t-shirt...

Thanks to Adler: Came from the UK to see this gig - the band were pretty cool and played awesome - especially the GNR stuff Mr Brownstone and It's So Easy.

By the way, we met Slash and Matt Sorum the night before - they were in the Bar Opera (I think thats what it was called) sitting at a table, I don't think many people recognised them - We talked to Matt about how good looking the Swedish women were!

Thanks to Rickard: Damn! I missed the signing session in the Globe shopping mall before the show. Well, well life goes on... after I trash my house of course. Fuck, I could have met Slash. My fuckin' idol.

Anyway the show was great they really rocked the shit out of us. The best songs was Set Me Free, It's So Easy, Slither and Mr. Brownstone. Those songs got the best response from the crowd.

Velvet Revolver thanks for a kick ass show. Easily the best show I've ever been too.

So if you thinking about going to see a Velvet Revolver show, just fuckin' go I promise you won't regret it.

It's Rock N' Roll. It's Velvet fuckin' Revolver.

Thanks to Alexander: That was one amazing show, very nice of you guys to play the songs that you did. Want to see Velver Revolver live again :/ hopefully you guys will come back next year :D

Thanks to Alex: The show was great. Everyone in the band rocked, especially Scott who was beyond briliant!

Thanks to Line: It didn't start out good when I went to see the show. I had to stand in line, 1000 m at least to the entrancé, but that's a thing you'll have to take, right?

Anyway, as I went inside I remember that I was surprised over what I saw. It was a very small place, but I thought that it would make the show much better. First there was a warming up band, K2, they were terrible! And I don't think there were many that actually liked them (sorry guys)I myself was sitting on the ground, sipping on a pepsi and waiting patiently for Velvet Revolver to arrive. Many others were sitting at the ground as well. After K2 we had to wait another hour (the far worst one)...but then Velvet Revolver arrived and I'm not lying when I say that they rocked our ass of! They were tight together, was lovely on the stage, choose good songs and made the public feel alive....It was very amusing to see Scott strutt around with all that energy, sober and anything with it. His voice was perfect even if I know that a newspaper thought that he sang kinda false in one song but I didn't even notice if that was the case.

I was in the back so I didn't see much unless I stood on my toe tips (imagine how my feets were aching after the concert) but I saw very much of Scott (hard to miss) Slash(gotta see him) and Duff (ain't he cute?) Yes did see Matt and Dave too. LOL. Anyway, all in all, THE BEST FUCKING CONCERT EVER!!!

Thanks to Bandelero: The concert last night in Stockholm was amazing! We arrived pretty early, and got a good place in the line. We didn't know that Velvet Revolver had been signing stuff in a nearby building and that sucked, but it allowed us to be among like maybe the first 100 people in the line.
Just waiting in line was interesting enough, though I was kinda annyed by the fact that like 50% of the 3000 people there were wearing GNR t-shirts. What are they trying to do, piss off the band? There was alot of people dressed up as Axl too, hope they got their asses kicked. I mean I love Axl but you just don't show up at a Velvet Revolver concert dressed like him. We anyway felt we needed a lot nicotine or something, so we bought some cigars. We waited for a couple of hours before they let us in, and we were right there in the pit, really cool spot.

I had brought my RAF hat that I bought in London earlier this summer. I figured you couldn't really wear it, because it looked so extreme and kinda gayfetishish and I really only paid 10 pounds for it in England, so it's not a rarity or anything, so I figured I'd just throw it on stage and see what happens. More about that later...so after waiting for an hour plus in there, the supporting act, K2, came on. They had the Europe guitarist, and some drummer that looked like some punkrock Indian. He was actually a really cool drummer, but you didn't wanna se anything but Velvet Revolver. So after they finally got offstage the real part of the waiting kicks in, anticipation is peaking...and finally, about 45 or so minutes too late, the lights went off. "Stockholm!" well I couldn't hear a word the guy said, 'cause everyone was screaming at the top of their lungs at this point. All I heard at the end was "...Velvet Revolver!". By this time the whole band was on the stage. It was alot darker than before, and total chaos had broke loose! That's a real rock concert for ya! I had lost track of where my friends and my sister was but I didn't really care at this point. Slash was wearing his old Metallica Kill 'Em all shirt. Scott was wearing silver pants and his Luftwaffe hat, and they of course kicked off with Sucker Train Blues. And man it was great! Everyone around me knew the lyrics and we were all screaming at the top of our lounges. This band was tight! What a show they put on! They continued with Do It For The Kids.

Scott had taken off the Luftwaffe hat, so I figured I would try to throw my RAF one after the song finished. I didn't realise it when I bought it, but the hat was kinda perfect for Scott, since it was british airforce, and he already used the german airforce one. And man the song rocked! I didn't see anyone who didn't scream, I'm so happy I knew the lyrics! So the song ended, and Scott had the mic and was gonna talk to us. So I just raised the hat and threw it on stage and I don't wanna brag but it was a pretty damn good throw. And yes! I couldn't fuckin' beleve it! Scott picked it up, said "nice" and tried it on! This was beyond cool! He then took it off and the band started on a perfect Headspace! Man, seeing Slash, Duff and Matt (Oh, yeah, and Dave) Just too bad I don't think he saw me throw it...Every song was just perfect! I jumped like hell! Still a bit tender...yikes...

The extended Slither was so cool! Then Matt started playing You Could Be Mine...that would have been cool, but he changed it to Mr. Brownstone, and that's even more cool of course. I'm glad I was so close to the stage most of the time, you just can't get the eye contact and the same experience without standing in line for a really long time, but it's worth it.

So as you can imagine I had a great time, though I was pretty exhausted when it all finished. Haven't even really melted it yet. Matt looked really great, Duff looked better and cooler than ever and Slash just does not age. And I've always liked Scott, but after seeing him live and seeing how much energy he has on stage 100% of the time I know he's the perfect guy for Velvet Revolver. This band seemed to make each member better, and they all looked like they were having more fun than ever.

Thanks to Madde: Wheee!!! This show was even better than the one I saw in Denmark. Maybe because the people in Stockholm was there just to see Velvet Revolver. Finally I got to hear them play Mr Brownstone and Used To Love Her. But why don't they play Spectacle!?!? I'd really like to hear it live, I love that song! Anyway, best show I've been too. Hope they'll be coming back next year as Slash said before he left stage!!!

Thanks to Tommy A. Bridge: Thank you guys for just being so great. It was a dream come true. It's just too bad that all the suckers who couldn't stand out and wait for 6 hours to get in and see their heros had to push and just being fucking asses. But thanks again for just being Velvet Revolver!

Thanks to Jonathan: So fuckin great I shooked Matt n Dave's hand. Then some motherfucker pushed me away when I come to Slash but I still got his autograph. The show was great when they played It's So Easy, Mr. Brownstone and Used To Love Her.....and you knew all the lyrics.....it was the best show ever.

Thanks to Robin: The show was so fuckin´ good! Hope will see them next year and that their album will be great! Velvet Revolver...you are my heroes!

Thanks to Kalle Strand: The best show I've seen! (including Motörhead ;) ) It was so cool seeing Slash and Duff and the gang in person! I only wish I could have shook hands with them =( (And the rest of the gang too)

Best songs were; "It's So Easy, Fall To Pieces, Sucker Train Blues, Slither and Big Machine". But all the other songs were also great and rocked! The cool jamming part on"Illegal i Song" ruled!

It was so cool when the crowd out-louded the band on "It's So Easy,"Fall To Pieces" and"Used To Love Her"

And Slash rocked the house with his solos! (I've always wanted to see Slash perform and it was one of the best things ever!) Also seeing Duff playing was a true blessing. (I love the way Duff plays the bass!)

Scott had a great voice for such a thin body and he fu--ing gave it all! It's great when a singer really tries to reach out to the audience instead of just doing a job half-ass.(And the thing with the megaphone was incredible!)

Matt and Dave were also great!

It was funny when "Mr Brownstone" were to begin because everybody thought it would be "You Could Be Mine" And when "Slither" started I fu--ing rocked my heart out! And the solo in that song is my favourite one on the whole album. And it was the best one in the show!

It was a shame that I was pretty tired at the end of the show right after "Slither" and couldn't quite appreciate the last three songs. But "Bodies" really was a good closure and I think everybody was happy with it. I only wish I wouldn't have gotten tired in my back and legs and that the show had went on for another 30 minutes! I can't wait till the next album and tour! FU--ING ROCK ON!! Velvet Revolver!!

Thanks to Snake: Absolutely the freshest rock show in many many years. I should know I am 45 and been around since the golden days of the 70's. But man what a guy Scott is! I salute him with all my heart. The coolest "rock-dude" out there. I hope he stays off the "u know what" so I can see him and the rest of the band many times more. They 're worth every penny !! A true rock show with no bullshit, just "straight in your face" Rock 'n Roll. Like it should be, like it used to be. I give this concert 9 out of 10. Had I been up front in the VIP area I probably given it 10... ! Scott: YOU ARE THE MAN !

Thanks to MJ: That's was the best concert I've ever seen! It ruled! They opened with "Sucker Train Blues" and ended with the Sex Pistols cover "Bodies". I stand 1-meter from the stage!

Thanks to Otto: Today´s catch: 1. One drumstick 2. One pick that Dave gave me 3. Scott´s setlist. 4. And a fuckin great show

Thanks to R: Don´t let any of those fuckers in my headspace..... What do say ...perfect!! So glad today....I have seen my heroes! To hear Scott´s voice work so perfect LOVELY !! Keep up Velvet Revolver you doing a great Rock Show!

Thanks to Gehumbale: Scott Weiland was great! I think STP have written better songs than the ones they played. But It's So Easy was a great pick from the GnR catalouge, Scott's voice sounded very much like Axl's in that song.

Thanks to Ed: A very solid performance, with Scott showing his best during Crackerman and Set Me Free. The show never really lifted like one of those classics, but it had to do more with the lousy arena than anything else. Seeing these guys at Brixton Academy should be killer. Also, the light show was really good. Can't wait to see Velvet Revolver again.

Thanks to Jonas Bohlin: It was the greatest fuckin' show I ever been to. It was awesome when they started with Sucker Train Blues. The Guns N' Roses covers, Mr Brownstone, It's So Easy, Used To Love Her where great! I was standing 5m from Slash, I can't believe it! That band rocked. Great show there, with a few Guns N' Roses covers and the best songs from their awesome ablum Contraband!

Thanks to Peder: It was amazing...period! It took a while for me to start diggin the album since I thought it would sound very much like GnR etc. But it started to grow on me and I was really pumped up for the show and I think that it´s a cruel album. They had fantastic contact with the audience and it was raw power all through. Now we´re looking forward to the next show and hope that a new album will come out within a year. At last rock is back...no bullshit, no playback anymore...thanks for letting the world know how real music should sound like once again!

Thanks to Berra Volume: Nice to see Slash, Duff & Matt sharing stage after all these years. I think the most exciting moment was the jam-session during "Illegal I Song" (Slash rocked out with the talkbox). The band is so tight and even Scott sounded very well tonight. Awesome!

Thanks to Mr. Death: First they played a song... I can't remember it's name, but it was really good. Eehhh.. mmmm yeah, it was a really good concert.

Thanks to The Number One Niklas: Holy shit, That show kicked ass!! I can't beleive that I shook my fuckin hand with Slash, Matt and Dave! It was so amazing! They opened with "Sucker Train Blues" and finished with a cover of the Sex Pistols "Bodies"!! This show was better than Metallica´s Concert on "Ullevi" in Gothenburg (56 000) maybe cause they're fucking better!! I worship you Slash!

Thanks to Sebastian von Ledebur: That rocked.. especially when Slash had his hat on and played Mr Brownstone... nothing more to say really.. it was simply an amazing show... trying to learn some Slash solos now...

Thanks to Nathalie Kangasvieri: It was so amazing. I still can't believe that I actually saw Slash in person.

It started pretty bad with the band coming on 45 minutes too late. But when they finally came on, amazing. They started playing "Sucker Train Blues" right away. Then Scott said something like "Every mother fuckin' bitch is .. (happy?)" Not sure about the next song, but I think it was" Do It For The Kids". After that Slash said something, I think it was "There's more joy here than in whole .. (Stockholm?)". I have a hard time remembering anything, I was just so happy and still am. =) After that I'm pretty sure that they played "It's So Easy".

Slash was jumping all over the stage when they played it and he looked so happy. I can't remember the next 2 songs. I think that then Scott said something like "Are there any bad boys here? Have you ever done something bad and your girlfriends kicked you out of the house? This song's about that. Sometimes it's not so good to be bad". And then they played "Fall To Pieces". Can't remember if they played something after that.

Then the band took a break, for like 3 minutes. Everybody was clapping their hands just waiting for them to come back. When they came Slash had gotten his hat and they played "Used To Love Her". After that I think that it was "Slither", not sure though.

Don't know if they played another song after that but then they took another 3-minute break and when they came back Matt started playing "You Could Be Mine" but of course, changed to "Mr. Brownstone". Then they played "Bodies" and after that the show was over.

Thanks to Jurgen: It was the best show ever!!! I had sunglasses like Slash and I threw them on Slash and he took them up and wore them!! God I love you Slash!

Thanks to Robert: God damn!! Hope Slash liked my Jack Daniel's cap. Greatest show I've ever been to.

Thanks to Mikael Svanborg: That fucking ruled! What a great show! What more to say..then rock on!!! P.S. Slash is the greatest.
